PROCESSING TIME

Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed, excluding Sunday, and public CN holidays. If the product is out of stock, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

All packages are tracked once shipped, they can be tracked through the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

TRACKING

When your item is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.

CUSTOMS / TAXES / VAT FEES

MC Creative Handmade Shop has prepaid the Customs or VAT Fees, so don't need to pay. And we don't collect taxes.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS

Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way.
